2. Product Information, Availability, and Order Acceptance
2.1 While we make every effort to ensure that the descriptions, images, and prices of the Products on the Website are accurate, you agree that the Company makes no warranty as to the accuracy, comprehensiveness, or correctness of any Product(s) on the Website. You further agree that you will be solely responsible for ensuring the Product you purchase is suitable for your specific requirements.
2.2 The Products and information displayed on the Website is an 'invitation to offer' to the public at large. Your order for purchase constitutes your 'offer' which shall be subject to acceptance or rejection by the Company and shall further be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. All accepted offers shall be fulfilled by the Company as per the Shipping Policy of the Company. Acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the Product(s) ordered. No act or omission of the Company prior to the actual dispatch of the Product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer.
2.3 All Products offered on the Website are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock or unavailable, the Company has the right to cancel the order for such Product as per the availability of the Product.
2.4 All orders once accepted cannot be cancelled / returned except as per the 'refund, cancellation, return' policy of the Company as specified under the Shipping Policy.
2.5 Persons who are 'incompetent to contract' under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. or otherwise barred by law are not eligible to place the order for the Product or use or transact on the Website. Any person under the age of 18 years cannot transact through or use the Website.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
3.1 The delivery of Products will be governed by the Delivery Policy of the Company specified under the Shipping Policy.
3.2 You shall be solely responsible for providing the correct and accurate postal details for delivery of the Products.
3.3 Risk of loss and title for the Products shall pass to you upon delivery of your purchased Products by the logistics supplier or India Post, as the case maybe.
3.4 The company is not responsible for any delays in the shipping of your ordered and purchased Product/s, lost or missing Product/s or the incorrect delivery of the Product/s to you, which is due to your fault or due to inaccurate, false or incomplete information provided by you.
3.5 We deliver most of our orders through our logistics partner/s. For a few remote locations where there is no other courier service available, we use India Post to deliver your orders.
3.6 We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.
3.7 We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 6-7 business days. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location's geographical constraints. We don’t guarantee the delivery within the above given number of working days and the time period for the same shall be purely dependent upon the geographical factors.
As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail or WhatsApp notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information from Track My order option on website.
3.8 The shipping charges may apply on a product. The charges will vary depending on the quantity of a product. The charges will be mentioned on the product page along with other product details.
3.9 All orders once accepted cannot be cancelled and shall be delivered as per the Delivery policy of the company but the seller has the right to cancel it as per the availability of the product.
