1. FASTED CARDIO

This means doing cardio workouts on an empty stomach when your body is in a fasted state. To achieve the best weight loss result, you should perform moderate-pace cardio on an empty stomach for 20-30 minutes. You can choose to engage in cycling, treadmill, elliptical, or brisk walk. If you wish to scoop out additional benefits from cardio then it is advised to not eat anything for at least 30 minutes after performing cardio.   

2. AVOID PROCESSED SUGAR
